Fluted Panel Production Line in India Now in Full Operation — Delivering Stable Output for Local Market

July 2026 — India — Sevenstars Machinery is pleased to announce that the Fluted Panel Production Line installed at our customer's facility in India has been successfully commissioned and is now in full commercial production. The line is running at its designed throughput, producing high-quality corrugated sheets that are already being supplied to the local and construction board market.

A Seamless Transition from Commissioning to Production

Following the on-site installation and debugging completed by Sevenstars' engineering team in June, the production line transitioned smoothly into daily operation. Key performance highlights since the start of production include:

Consistent throughput meeting or exceeding the rated capacity

Uniform sheet thickness across the full working width, with minimal material waste

Stable thermal control across all extruder zones and die sections, enabling long uninterrupted production runs

Low rejection rate — the end product meets local quality standards for both industrial packaging and reusable container applications

The customer reported that the comprehensive training provided during the handover phase enabled their operators to run the line independently and handle routine material changes with confidence.

Why This Matters

India's demand for PP/PE corrugated sheets has been on a steady rise, fueled by growth in e-commerce packaging, construction site protection boards, agricultural crates, and signage. A domestically operating line not only shortens the supply chain for local buyers but also gives the customer a competitive edge in response time and cost.

What's Next

With one line already in stable production, the customer has expressed interest in expanding capacity in the near future.
