PVC Window & Door Extrusion Line

Sevenstars Machinery PVC window profile extrusion line is a complete production system specially designed for manufacturing high-quality PVC door and window profiles. The line integrates a conical twin screw extruder, profile die, vacuum calibration table, haul-off unit, automatic cutting machine and stacker into one synchronized production process, delivering stable output of 150–450 kg/h depending on the model.

Working Process

PVC resin compound → feeding → plasticizing & extrusion → vacuum calibration & cooling → haul-off → automatic cutting → stacking → inspection & packaging.
